Returns & Exchanges Policy

Hassle-free returns within 30 days

At Philosophy of Skincare, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return

Please email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or product damaged upon arrival).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened, used, or damaged items, unless the product was received damaged or defective.
